Our Continuous and comprehensive Evaluation
Daliy Assessment
Our Daily Assessment program is designed to monitor students' progress regularly, helping to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement on a day-to-day basis. Purpose: Daily assessments provide a clear and immediate understanding of a student's grasp of the material. This allows teachers to adjust their instruction methods and provide targeted support to each student, ensuring that every child progresses at their own pace.
Unit Test
A Crucial Step in Learning Unit tests are an integral part of the learning process at our school. They help evaluate students' understanding of the concepts taught in each unit and allow teachers to assess both individual and group progress. By regularly incorporating unit tests, we ensure that students can reinforce their knowledge and identify areas for improvement early on.
Model Assessment
Preparing for Success We believe in setting our students up for success. To help them prepare for their main assessments, we conduct Model Assessments before the Major exams. These are structured to mirror the format, timing, and content of the actual assessments, giving students a realistic practice experience. Purpose of Model Assessments: Students become familiar with the exam format, types of questions, and time management.
Summative Assessment
Summative Assessments, on the other hand, occur at the end of a learning period, such as a unit, semester, or academic year. These are high-stakes assessments that evaluate how well students have mastered the material. The results of summative assessments are often used to assign grades, determine proficiency, and measure overall achievement.
Formative Assessment
The key to Formative Assessments is that they are designed to be low-stakes, focusing on the process of learning rather than final outcomes.
